Online payments are are processed 100% securely by PayPal or Shopify Payments.

Shopify payments enable you to pay securely by major debit and credit cards.

Discount Coupons

From time to time we may give out discount coupon codes. These codes are valid on full price items only. Any discount will not be given on discounted or sales items. If you are in possession of a discount coupon, then simply enter the code in the "Coupon code" box provided on the checkout and click the ‘Apply’ button to receive your discount.


Gift Vouchers & Gift Cards

If you are in possession of a "physical gift voucher", then unfortunately we are currently unable to redeem these online. Please visit our store or contact us using mel@carouselchildrenswear.co.uk.

When an item is available to order on pre-order, you may purchase the product with just a 25% deposit.

We have a pre-order section on our website here. You may also see pre-order items in other collections across our online shop.

Products that are available on pre-order will be clearly identified on the product page or collection along with the amount to be paid on checkout and the remaining balance that will be payable before delivery. The pre-order discount is automatically applied for you.

Please note: you cannot mix pre-order items and non pre-order items in your basket at the same time, pre-orders must be ordered separately. If you wish to purchase non pre-order items then you must order and checkout with these separately. For pre-order checkout you will be asked to remove non pre-order items to proceed to payment.

25% of the item total will be taken from your credit or debit card or paypal account at checkout when the order is placed.

The item will be reserved for you until we take delivery.

Once the item is received in store then you will be contacted to make payment for the balance of the item.

The balancing payment must be made with 48 hours of being contacted.


Payment Plans

The Payment Plan allows you to reserve any full price products that are in stock you want to buy by paying a 25% deposit. You can spread the cost of your purchase by up to 6 weeks before paying the remaining balance and receiving your order. Please include your telephone number when placing your order so that it is easy to contact you should we require.

How does it work?

  • Shop online and then simply enter the code CDPP on the checkout page.
  • Enter the code CDPP in the "Coupon code" box provided on the checkout and click the ‘Apply’ button make the whole of your order a payment plan.
  • Pay just 25% of the value of your order plus any delivery charge.
  • We will send you an order confirmation email.
  • When your order is fully paid, we will deliver it!
  • Please note: Pre-order items are not available on the Payment Plan option.

Easy Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

  • No refunds can be given for orders paid using the Payment Plan. We will issue a credit voucher for another order to the value of what you have paid. Please email customer services for your credit code.
  • Easy Payment Plans must be settled within 6 weeks of the original order, emails are sent weekly to keep you up to date with due dates.
  • Deposits are non returnable in the instance whereby we cancel an unpaid order.
  • Where we ourselves discover a stock error we will advise you as soon as possible that the item is unavailable and you will be offered an alternative item or we can remove the unavailable item from your order.
  • If your item goes into sale during the period of your payment plan we will not offer sale price matches, our stock is in demand and if you choose to reserve on the Payment Plan your price you pay is that at the time of placing your order in acceptance with the terms.
  • Payment Plans are what we consider a perk of shopping with us, if the service is abused, we may at our discretion remove your right to use the service. We are holding items which take stock availability away from other customers.
